Yard Waste Season is April through October. Our first pick up will be Thursday, April 2nd, 2026. The normal season will run through Thursday, October 29th, 2026. If you have any questions about what you can and cannot put in the yard waste container, please do not hesitate to call.

JUST TO MAKE CLEAR: If you kept your container over the winter months, the season begins April 1st. Billing will resume whether you use it or not; mandatory service payments will run on April through October.

Yard waste service is available all year round. Our last scheduled pickup day is October 29th, 2026. We offer extra pickups during the off season for those that need more service outside of April-October, Extra dumps are $17 each.

Yes, we do provide off season pickups (November-March). Currently, our off season rate is $17/ per dump.

If you had us remove your container at the end of last season and you need us to deliver a new one; please call us and we will get one delivered to you.

ACCOUNTS MUST BE KEPT UP TO DATE ON PAYMENT. NON-PAYMENT AFTER 2 MONTHS WILL RESULT IN CONTAINER BEING REMOVED AND THE FULL BALANCE DUE AND A RETURN FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE CONTAINER IS RETURNED AND SERVICES CONTINUED.

IF TRASH IS FOUND IN THE YARD WASTE DUMPSTER OR ROLLOUT, A MINIMUM $100 SORTING FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

Yes! If you plan to have your container for the next season or would like it use it longer than October, you can keep it. We do not charge monthly November to March, if we are not notified that you would like it removed, billing will resume in April. We offer an additional pick up service during the off-season, $17/ per dump. If you need any additional pickups November through March, please call or email us and we will add you to the list. Due to trash pickup schedules and weather, it may delay when we can pick it up, but we will as soon as possible. 

1. No tree limbs of any size. Rose bush or shrub clippings are okay if they are not bigger than your thumb and are cut to 12” lengths. No plastic bags.

2. NO TRASH OF ANY KIND. We will not dump the container until the trash is cleaned out. The customer is responsible to keep only yard waste in the container. If we sort out the trash, there will be a minimum sorting charge of $100. If you have a dumpster, there are hooks on the sides that you can add a chain and lock to keep it locked up when you are not using it to ensure no one else misuses the dumpster.

3. Do not pack yard waste in the rollout containers. If you do, it will not dump properly. If it does not dump, it is the customer’s responsibility to dig it out. The customer can then dump it themselves or call us to dump it again, this will incur an additional charge, or wait until the following Thursday to have it dumped. We have found that if you put a little bit of water in the rollout (about 6 to 8 inches in the bottom of the rollout, don’t flood it!) it will dump better.

4. When rollouts are delivered, they will be placed in the spot where we intend for them to be dumped. If they are not in this spot, they will not be dumped.

5. Rollouts must be out and dumpsters unlocked by 7:00 AM on Thursdays, April through October.
